I smiled when you went to the cafe to do some serious reading. My favorite place to really read without distractions (I need white-noise earphones🎧) is in my car in the parking lot of our small-town McDonald's, their good coffee at hand. I just stumbled onto your channel. Thank you for the inspiration to finish the series. I read the first book and I have the 2nd but I wasn't feeling that pull to read the 2nd one. So I will try to pick it up. What's next on your reading list?

im glad you decided to continue on with the series because it really gets so much better (imo)!! i am making my way through the ya fantasy books i got in my haul video, so i am currently reading the acotar series. first one was hard to get through but the second one had me gripped!! have you read them already?

@@loishwang yes, I read the Acotar series. I have slightly mixed feelings about it. The first book I really liked but the others even though they get more detailed, there's a lot of smut coming full-steam ahead and that might take away from the story a bit. Like there's this giant war but all they can focus on is having copious amounts of s*x. But definitely read and decide for yourself for sure! 🤔😉🙀

I feel like this was a very realistic review of the series. I didn't love it, but I have started to understand why others like it as much as they do having read some responses to reviews like this. I think that the first book was the most boring of the books. The second one was probably the best book, but the third one had the payoff that I had been looking for the entire time, so I do think you can only like the series if you read all the books.

I have a question! Jude is mortal and cardan is immortal So jude would probably die right at some point? I am so confused So she would die and cardan would live all alone? Will she die???? Please answer?????

Okay, I, too, am confused, but based on my understanding and how people explain it to me. Jude won't die since ( "HOLD UP DON'T READ THE REST IF YOU HAVENT FINISH READING THE QUEEN OF NOTHING") Okay, but if you finished it, here's my answer. So, Jude and Cardan got "married" in the Wicked King right, and even though Jude is exiled, she's still Queen so meaning she's bound to Elfhame or like the whole Elfhame is like basically her body, you know what I'm saying? So, like she can't die, I believe if she doesn't leave Elfhame or something. Like, remember that one chapter in The Queen of Nothing where she's bleeding to death and her sisters try to tend her wound, and then Grima Mog told her like since she's the High Queen of Elfhame and all of Elfhame is in her command, she can like command the ground or nature to heal her, which she did and baam. So, to put it simply, she can't die, or she's immortal already since she married Cardan bla bla bla and her life is basically the land's ( Elfhame) nurturing type of stuff. Look, I'm confused too, as well, and I don't know if I'm correct because I, too, don't know the answer that much, but I hope some of it might help your confusion

I didn’t like the cruel prince it was repetitive, on the surface level, and there was a lack of well everything.
