Haven't been able to hear the audio for the video yet as I'm in a busy place but looking at the screenshots, it feels reasonably likely to be AI with some human intervention. If you poke around at chatgpt enough you see frequent sentence structures and patterns. Add on incorrect information and it more or less confirms it. Heck, most text-generated AI has been much better with basic grammar (stuff like subject/verb and number agreement, and like spelling) than this article is for years.
