All Rhodes Lead Here is probably one of my best reads in 2021. I've been on a major reading slump last year but during the last quarter of the year, I saw myself picking up books again. I love how they started out as friends, getting to know each other, and eventually into lovers. Even tho, it was SLOW BURN as expected from mz, i felt like the love that they built is the love that is so sure and certain. Plus, i love the musical concept into it, single parent trope and of course, the characters, they're so fine ✨. Overall, I really enjoyed the book. Hope you like it too!

I have literally one hour left in Grip right now. I took a break to watch this video. Holy hell it's so good. Definitely 5 stars for me. I'm going to jump right into Still when I'm done. I also just finished my first ever Mariana Zapata book. I read Kulti last week and I'M OBSESSED. I definitely plan to read All Rhodes Lead Here. I also really want to read Winnipeg. Still Beating and Waking Olivia weren't even on my radar and now they're at the top of my TBR. I know I've mentioned this before but I really think you should keep reading the Something in the Way series by Jessica Hawkins.

I was really happy with All Rhodes Lead Here, because Hands Down wasn’t a favorite of mine. Walking Olivia is a super nice coach-athlete romance, I loved it. If you enjoyed Still Beating, I suggest reading The Wrong Heart, by the same author. It’s fantastic!

i feel like the spanish love deception was written like that from an overthinker's perspective as an overthinker myself. like there's so much of my thoughts are just me repeating stuff to myself either to remind me or to process things especially when making decisions. it doesn't really help that I'm so aware of my overthinking that the what's and how's in my brain shifts to why's. my peak was probably when i was thinking about why i was overthinking, almost blew my brains out with that one. so yeah, i feel like this was a trip into someone's brain that likes to overthink, processes things a bit differently and makes calculated decisions. which makes it an even more greater expression of how powerful how quick her decision was at the end

Oooo, suggestion for you to try something from Candice Wright like Ricochet or The Queen of Carnage. She writes the absolute best reverse harem/poly relationship books!! Ricochet is dark and The Queen of Carnage is the first book in a motorcycle club romance series. Both books have strong spunky heroines!!

I really liked Hands Down. Could have done with an edit for length, but good, angsty fun. Rhodes was terrific too. Elizabeth O’Roark is a terrific writer - her A Deal With the Devil was a 2021 standout for me. I was meh about The Spanish Love Deception.

I've heard so many people talking about Walking Olivia and Still Beating. They may be more emotional than I want to read right now, but I will definitely put those on the back burner for later in the year. I agreed with you about The Spanish Love Deception being a little too long. It seemed like the author tried to put as many tropes as possible in one book.

Recently read flow and grip and loved all the exploration of racism and of mixed couples and inform me more about these subjects as someone who doesn't live in the us and Kennedy's writing is so good a little too intense for me so I need to be in the mood to really enjoy her books but it's still amazing, the only thing that made it a 4 stars is that alpha heroes don't appeal to me much anymore like I'm over that so some moments with grip just were not it but I do appreciate that Kennedy Ryan doesn't make him super toxic
