so good... I love making those, but my luck in the microwave has been 50/50... I get lots of cracks... going too hot or too long?

Tony,I would say too long, try highest setting but for 30 sec and see if the bowl is steaming and if it really hot. If not, once the bowl little heat has cool down try 45sec or 1min. I rarely go over a 90sec , at that point bowl is really hot . And don't leave the shop (or kitchen😅) while doing this 👍
