You and your husband have the best loving family. You have made a beautiful home in this mobile home. Even though it was going to be temporary, you have made it work for you, your husband, your boys, your dogs and Milo the cat and now your mom in law .and her dog. Did I miss anybody? If anyone says they have no room for anybody or any animals, they need to watch your videos from the beginning. It just goes to show that there is always room for one more.

It's been ages since I had chicken n dumplings and a chicken broc rice casserole.I wear my dishwashing gloves when I shred up my chicken.I also have used that apple crisp recipe with granny smith apples.It's so good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.Milo must be outside as it's starting to slowly warm up.

I use my instant pot to cook my chicken man it cooks a thawed whole bird in 30 minutes!! although you had two birds you might have been able to cut the two up and they both fit in the large instant pot...I love mine, I thought I'd never use it but I do, I put a roast in it for beef stew, takes a dish that takes 3 hours down to 45 to 50 minutes!! while my roast is cooking in water making home made beef broth, I cook my veggies in my stock pot, they are done in 30 ,minutes, I use just enough water to cook them and when the roast is done I pour the broth in the veggies and the cut up meat and simmer just a bit to let the veggies absorb the beef broth....so easy....do you have an instant pot? if not put it on your gift list, I recommend the largest since you cook for a number of people..am really looking forward for the new homestead diys coming up....

If you have an instapot you could cook your pasta in a fraction of the time it takes on the stovetop. It all looks yummy!
