Honestly, I hate star powers that just increase the numbers of base kit stuff. For example, Bibi’s speed increasing SP and Barley’s damage increase SP. I AM NOT SAYING THAT THESE ARE BAD SP, I just think that they are boring, and star powers should change the way characters are played, like Poco’s choice between healing or dmg with his 2 SP

They said they were going to release every HC then rebalance everything they need, I don't know if they were only talking about HC or also SP/gadgets. But yeah, the game needs some kind of overall, especially since some SP are very old (= powercrept and created by less experienced devs)

Angelo Nerf idea: If the fully charged shot is held for more than 3 seconds, it becomes inaccurate. Just like the Huntsman in TF2

Yes, I had this in my mind for a while, make it so he gets 3 or 4 degrees of dispersion for each second he keeps holding his shot after the 3 second limit to a maximum of 90 degrees.

Emz needs a massive HC rate buff from 3,2 to 2,5 (basically extra gadget) and the ability to either refresh her ult so she can activate it multiple times during one HC or make it so the HC's gaz goes through wall (would be a mix of her whole kit and kinda cool). Also the gadget that goes through walls shouldn't nerf your damage

Chages to every brawler in my general opinion: 8 bit: Make his Hypercharge deal 50 more damage per projectile or rework it to make any ally's projectiles when they are inside the turrent to home into enemies. Amber: Make Dancing Flames deal 1000 damage per projectile. Angelo: Nerf his movement speed from Very Fast to Fast. Ash: Make his movement speed go from Normal to Fast or make his rats have a tad bit more health or explode in a wider area Barley: His movement speed should go to very fast. It just makes sense for his character but I could see him becoming very annoying. Bea: Slight health buff Belle: Reduce her attack projectile speed by a tad bit. Berry: Rework Making a Mess by making his attack area 20% wider. Bibi: Nerf her health, her speed, her damage, her super charge rate. Nerf everything about her. I hate Bibi lht her I hate her I hate her! Bo: Circling Eagle is now base kit and his new Star Power leaves a slow effect to enemies hit by his mines or make his mines explode faster. Bonnie: Give Bonnie a stun radius when she lands when shoots out of her cannon and maybe a knock back area when she is re-entering her canon. Brock: Nerf his unload speed slightly. Bull: His super now makes him travel 20% faster. The Hypercharge should make Bull travel 100% faster, makes him less predictable. Buster: Give him a 1% nerf to his damage because Supercell does that. You happy Supercell? Buzz: Give him a 200 damage buff per projectile. Byron: Nerf the super damage or the attack poison tick damage. Carl: I'd buff the movement speed of his attack. If I dont increase the amounts of attacks to charge Carl's super and give him this buff, Carl becomes a long ranged assassin. Charlie: Nerf her health by a tad bit. Chester: I'd nerf his unload speed by a tad bit. He deals too much damage in too little time. Chuck: I'd rework his attack straight up by making him shoot out a ghastly train track. Clancy: Reduce the damage numbers of his Stage 3 Attacks. Colette: I'd increase her super charge along with her Hypercharge rate by 33%. Colt: I'd buff Colt's health Cordeius: I'd make Cordeius deal more damage but I'll give him a slight health nerf in return. Crow: Slight health buff Darryl: Buff the damage of the projectiles from his Hypercharge by 400. Doug: Give Berry's trait to Doug. Was it that difficult Supercell? Edgar: Slight Health Buff and automatic Hypercharge rate nerf El Primo: I'd make El Fuego base kit and give him a new Star Power where he summons a giant meteor where he landed with his super. Seems a bit too broken. E.M.Z: Slight damage nerf at the farthest point and buff her Hypercharge rate. Eve: Movement speed goes from Normal to Very Fast. Fang: Rework him in a way where he only has 2 ammo slots. Frank: I'd nerf Power Grab from 50% to 30% Gale: Why the fuck does Freezing Snow exist and why does it sloe so much for so long? Gene: I'd buff his small projectiles damage. Gray: Gray deserves the fast movement speed Griff: I'd nerf Griff's movement speed to slow to emphasis his greedy factor. Grom: Make Foot Patrol Base Kit and make it so that his projectiles land faster the closer he aims but nerf his damage slightly to counter this. Gus: Nerf Gus' projectile speed slightly. Hank: Buff his movement speed from Normal to Fast and give him the Tank Trait. Also make the Take Cover Star Power give the shield when his Bubble is 80% charge. Jacky: Nerf the 1st Gadget duration by 1 second. Janet: Janet should have the Fast Movement speed Jessie: Jessie's turrent needs a slight health nerf or projectile damage nerf. Juju: I dont see people play her that often but I would rework her super in a way where it selects a random enemy on the enemey team and creates a vodoo doll of them and the effect that is dealtl on them is random. These include: Burn damage for 5 seconds Reverse controls for 7 seconds Massive damage to the enemy Kenji: *sigh* Pulls another list bigger than Dynamike's Kit: Oh boy. Pulls out the biggest list of the three. Larry and Lawrie: I'd straight up rework them where they both are playable by the player to make them unique. Leon: Clone Projector now copies the exact health that Leon has when he activates the gadget. This includes Health and Shield Gear hitpoints. Lily: I would remodel her model and her story. Give her voicelines and a personalilty. Lola: Slight damage and heatlh buff Lou: His attack projectiles travel faster. Masie: Her movement speed goes from Normal to Fast Mandy: Make Hard Candy base kit and change the Star Power to create slowing projectiles when they hit an enemy when focused. Max: Make her unique by goving her a Very Very Fast movement speed. Meg: Lets rework her again! Its bound to make players play her more right? -Supercell Melodie: Apart from removing her voicelines, I'd nerf her super charge rate. Mico: I'd straight up rework him to make him a more versitile and more annoying brawler. Moe: I'd give him the lowest health in the game (2000 HP) and keep the health of the machine. I mean the best way to nerf him is to nerf the Skipping Stones SP because he is ass without it. Mortis: Make it so that thr player's Ping doesnt affect the gameplay of Mortis. Mr. P: I'd buff his Porters Health. Nani: I'd rework her Hypercharge to give Peep a cone shaped laser in front of Peep instead of becoming bigger that damages enemies nearby this laser. Nita: Nerf her damage slightly and her Hypercharge Rate by a lot. Otis: I'd make both Star powers base kit and give him new ones Pam: Her attack projectiles should deal a tad bit more damage. Penny: Nerf that damn Mortar of hers! Piper: Nerf her damage and that damn Auto Aimer Gadget by removing the slow. Poco: Poco El Poco. Nerf him by 0.1% R-T: Eh he's fine but nerf the damage from Hacks. Rico: That damn Multiball Launcher Gadget Rosa: Give Rosa a slight health buff. Ruffs: I dont knoe about you guys but I'd make his Field Promotion SP base kit Sam: I'd make him have an infinite speed boost when his Knuckle Busters are on the ground. Sandy: Slight damage buff for Rude Sands. Shelly: Slight damage nerf to Shelly's super Spike: Curveball needs to be basekit at this point. Sprout: Rework the damn Hypercharge. Spueak: Eh he's fine but nerf his damage slightly. Stu: Nerf Stu's Hyper in a way where he unloads less supers in a period of time. Surge: Surge should have the Normal Movement speed buff. Tara: Tara needs a Super Charge and Hypercharge rate nerf at point blank range. Tick: Oh great, another list. Pulls out the biggest list I have ever seen. Finally Willow needs a damage buff and a wider super but to counter balance that, nerf her Super charge rate

I would change that things about Charlie: -The number of hits to charge the super would be reduced from 7 hits to 6 hits. -The hypercharge spiders would appear when the cocoon is destroyed. -The speed of the super projectile during hypercharge would be 4000 instead of 3300. -To charge the hypercharge it would take 12 hits instead of 11. -Charlie's second star power will also leave a small puddle of slime where lands.

Great video and I love most of these ideas except for: Angelo's, being able to hold it differentiates him from Hank, if you want to nerf him nerf something else, for Charlie I think Fofotom's video has the perfect rework for her, Clancy's, level 3 being strong is the point it should instead be harder to go from level 2 to 3 and nerf his extra credits gadget, Crow's, I think if you were to go this route with him you would have to proportionally nerf his hc rate so he doesn't destroy Heist, L'n'L', Lawrie's not strong at all if you wanna nerf them more just nerf Larry, for Nani's hc it should definitely stop the timer when she's in super since she can't even be aggressive then use super like Mico as you use it in the back, Piper's, as before the slow it was pretty bad so they could just nerf either the duration or the percentage, for Poco's hc I think it should give a healing boost on top of all the other boosts, as not only is that a big part of the brawler but it would also make the shield more revelant as in, comparing the hc super to the regular super when healing your teammates to full hp exactly, the extra healing would go to the shield wich also should definitely decay a lot slower and for Sprout's hc the damaging area should be bigger, it should damage enemies if they're knockedback by the hc super, it should charge faster and heal your teammates around the wall

For Edgar I want him to get the evasion rework that was talked about at one point. That when he dodges attacks he gets super charge, thus adding to his skill and making him less reliant on the gadget (maybe nerf the super charge gadget too). I think lily would also need this trait after her vanish gadget is nerfed. Both of them without the gadgets basically just have to wait until their super charges while they do pretty much nothing. Whereas the trait would make them require more skill

Doug is a tough a brawler to balance. With such a fundamentally broken kit (heals on attack, and can self revive!!), any significant buff would make him miserable to play against since he would just never die. That being said, I think his biggest struggle is open maps (due to short range obvi) but he’s viable on some maps like snake prairie (bounty) and sneaky fields (brawl ball) that have more grass. I don’t think the devs should touch Doug’s stats, just release more maps that favor tanks, like they’ve done with all the recent wide open maps that favor snipers. If he struggles even in that kind of meta, then I’ll consider a buff/rework.

As a Mandy main I think they could AT LEAST buff her 5% of her base kit projectile speed and give her star power a rework named.... sugar load: after Mandy moves her bar slowly moves down but will fully go away after 3.5 seconds.

8 bit hypercharge rework: 8bit now mounts the turret on his back. it provides the samel buffs but is no longer vulnerable to throwers. the turret hp acts as a shield; for balance, either nerf the turret hp or have the turret naturally decay like all other shields.

Sprout hypercharge could have so much potential. I think a good rework idea is that he could place more hedges during the hypercharge, but not just giving infinite supers like stu or buzz, but that he could draw the format of the hedges by holding and aiming the super button. Seems super broken but to counter balance the hypercharge hedges will be always in the cross pattern regardless if it has near walls, and if you stop holding the super button you cannot place the hedges anymore. Would be way better than just making the hedges offensive, since opponents wouldn't stay close to the hedges anyways. As well it looks unique, comboing with sprout already being a very unique brawler.

I think for Bull, they should add his hypercharge as his base super, maybe nerf it to 50% or 60% shield, then give him a new hypercharge such as maybe stunning enemies caught in the super while its active

For Melody, make it so she has high notes and low notes. High notes are 2x regular attack and low notes are equal to her main attack and she gets low notes by hitting pets like Turrets or the safe. So she can still do what she does now, it will be just half as good unless she also hits an enemy. Low notes are a different colour and are replaced by high notes if they are still active. I also think Melody and Darryl should have some kind of Super decay mechanic. Darryl mainly being that he loses his second super if he doesn’t use it within 1.5 seconds of the first.

That would make Melodie too weak, you'd need to compensate her in some way. She's around B-C, so halving her damage in her main mode would make her unviable. You'd need to revert her health nerfs to give her any standing.

@@pinacolada8949 No, they can give compensating buffs. It is very common for developers to nerf something if it is too good at a specific niche then underwhelming in other places. This usually causes nerfs and compensating buffs. Yes, nerf Melody against the one thing she is incredibly good at, but give back her power in other parts of her kit. Not a hard concept and a very common one.

For Fang, the reason his hypercharge takes so long to charge is because it is extremely toxic and it can’t really be nerfed since it’s mechanically broken. The issue traces down to his normal super. I think fang’s normal super recharge rate should get nerfed so the hypercharged super will also get indirectly nerfed and therefore it’s safer to buff the charging rate of the hyper.

Sam just needs a full rework that makes more assassin than a tank, like give him lifesteal trait and include hearty recovery into it but nerf hp by 3000, give him very fast movement speed and 0,2 seconds faster reload speed, give him a new gadget that will pull him to his gloves if they are on ground, give him a new star power that gives a speed boost after picking up gloves and rewok remote recharge to "you get your super back after 6 seconds when gloves are on ground", I don't like him being called a tank, the more you call him a tank, the less are the chances that he will get a proper rework, and he always was known for his infinite healing so lifesteal trait really fits him

For bonnie, I think she should get a speed/reload buff in clyde form (basically make her first gadget baseline) as well as a slight health nerf to balance it out, she's almost unplayable as a sniper in clyde form because of how slow she is, and using her super to assassinate is hit or miss because it's easy to predict where she'll land and she becomes vulnerable because she charges her second super so slow, so I definitely agree that she should be able to charge that second super quicker, perhaps her attack in bonnie form can add to her super charge.

As a Bibi main who played her a lot and has 1200 I would - make the speed SP base NEW SP "after 0.5 seconds of Bibi's attack delay animation, she gains exclamation points marking and immunity to stuns and slows" add to the shield SP "hitting home run swing strengthens the shield by 10%" nerf her hypercharge charging rate (too fast and does too many teamwipes) Otherwise I think shes fairly balanced, a really fast tank overall

Bro one easy fix would be to make melodie’s ranged attack deal 300% extra damage to structures while not giving her any notes. But nah, apparently supercell doesn’t have the ability to give a brawler different damage amounts depending on the target their hitting 😔 (*cough* *cough*, collete *cough*)

my Charlie rework! speed - fast after some hits spawns a spider near yourself or where attack end super now dont catch immediately, but blows up with the spiders that dealing damage and catch everyone in area after delay slimy - after cocoon destroying make slowing area or double duration slowing trail HYPERCHARGE - damage area (not catch) twice bigger, poison enemies and stay even after super time (10 seconds overall)

15:35 the idea was to have one agressive star power and one support star power but it seems like the first thing they came up with was approved. Second sp should be a mythic gear and they should create 2 new sps. Maybe the first one gives you a shield with the super and makes it go quicker and second one gives like a shelly band-aid to the ally you're attatched to (which could remove the second gadget too and make it something else)

with Charlie, I just feel that the hyper would be better if the spiders would come out at the end of the cocoon's life, either if it is destroyed by enemy or by it's natural expiration. for juju instead, I don't think that the invisibility is an issue. the gadget itself is fine (the shield is really life saving) but the invisibility doesn't save you against an opponent. the most value you can get out of it is relocating while not seen by the enemy, but again I don't feel it's op. they should nerf the super's damage instead, I feel that is the biggest issue with her. other than that, she doesn't feel too broken.

I think Janet will be very viable again in a lot of maps if her Hypercharge doubles the amount of bombs during her Super and is obtainable at least twice each game. With her current Super charge rate being pretty much unchangeable in fear of making her broken again, her low DPS might be great for her with a good, consistent Hypercharge.

I think Spen is overreacting just a little bit to Cord, but, after seeing some World Finals Cordelius gameplay, especially from Reply Totem, I can see some of where he’s coming from. Personally, I’m fine with Cordelius being as good as he is for now. Other tank counters like Surge and Clancy are way too flexible in comparison to an already pretty versatile assassin.

Lola and Shade should’ve been atleast Mythic imo. First, Lola’s super is so versatile, it can hold a lane, heal, damage, has infinite range, it can tank shots … it adds a complexity in Lola’s kit since you have to Control Lola at the same time. She can be a Damage dealer, a Zoner and a Controller at the same time. Epic is a bit low for a complex brawler like her. And Shade : What can he can’t do ? the versatility is insane and it’s only Epic. they should decrease brawlers that are less complex from mythic down to epic (rebalancing the rarities just a tiny bit), that would make sense and the rarity of a brawler would actually tells if a brawler is complex to master or not. Lemme know if y’all like my idea or not !!

What I’d do for Gus is make it so when you throw ult, 1 or 2 of the phantoms on the field are casted into the location of the one who received the shield, that way you can stack some and burn them in some way and the first starpower can see some use whit tanks and stuff.
