Hey Cani, nice rebuild my friend. This game is fully broken sadly, i keep struggling with the same issues that you're facing (but without the cheat engine). Players way lower rated are getting too much playtime, which makes my starting team players force moves away and my manager rating to decrease. I recently had a RTG where i was sacked in the year i was finally about to win every single trophy. All the energy for nothing, just cause EA does not care about career mode.
