Second time commenting this idea hoping to see it in madden 25. Division teams, all four teams from each division combined to see who can be the best team out of 8 in a certain amount of time. Put the best players from each divisions team into one and see who would do the best. Combine the players onto one team from the division to represent such as Seahawks for NFC West, Cheifs for AFC West, etc. I did this myself a while ago and had alot of fun with it, hopefully you do too

the main reason to sim week by week is so you can maximize player upgrades across the year, and, thus, sim with higher rated players.

Can you do a team of out of position players (ex. Mahomes at WR, Jjetas/Chase at CB, Derrick Henry at MLB, Lamar at RB, etc.)? You can sign and draft players but you need to place them out of position. Another idea is make as much college teams in the league as possible. Odell, Chase, burrow all went to LSU so they’ll be on one team. Julio, Devonta smith, Jalen Hurts, Derrick Henry all went to Bama. What you could do with this idea is make a trash team 0-65 ovr) and try to make a team of just one college that isn’t already used. My third idea is if you can make a team of all ONLY college football legends as their rookie ratings. They shouldn’t be good in the NFL today. You can also incorporate College Football 25 when you draft new players each year.

Sixth idea: can you do a signing/draft/trade randomizer. For example, regardless of how your team is looking, once you’re in free agency you spin a wheel for a position to sign (you only get 2 spins every year). Same idea with the draft. With trades, do a random number generator for team/position to trade for.

Day 34 Can you do a fantasy draft rebuild but you always have to take the player on the top off the board, so you probably gonna end up with an old team and two or more players at one Position. If you have positions unfilled you have to sign the worst free agent to fill it.

Day 1 of explaining it to you like you’re a five year old. The draft clock being turned off MEANS teams do NOT have a time limit to make their selection (I.e 2 minute timer in the first round). It is NOT broken. It’s doing what it was designed to do. I’m really surprised you haven’t figured that out yourself. To make sure a team doesn’t make a selection while you’re looking through players, you “pause” the draft. No need to complain about something that IS NOT broken.
