I have a suggestion, when you see other teams getting a pick they ain’t suppose to get, it’s better if you actually correct that, because in this case, the Thunder now have the first pick which makes them incredibly better, and they are in the same conference which makes it harder for you to compete, if you actually correct it, the best player could go to the east

I feel like Miami should trade their picks for dame. At least until like 2026, Miami doesnt draft well if its not in the lottery, so they can lottery protect the picks if they want. They dont even draft that well anyway. They trade picks for stars and then find undrafted guys. Other teams value their picks, but Miami doesnt really value the picks because they find better undrafted guys. Even if it didnt work out with Dame, Miami could just find more undrafted guys, develop them, and boom, thats basically equivalent to drafting players and developing them, so yeah. Dame to Miami sounds right to me IMO.

Forget trading the #3 and Simons for Brown, or any other get rich quick scheme. It is foolish to think that the Blazers have enough valuable resources to get top all stars and be a contender in a year or two. Brown will score about 24 ppg and be a lateral move replacing Simons and his 22 ppg. One player is not going to make any difference. If you really care about Dame, then the Blazers need to trade him to Miami who are already contenders. The Blazers will get the 18th pick + more picks and players and jump start the rebuild in half the time.
