When i sim my player get angry and want to leave can you give me an advice

1) try and sing players up to long contracts before you sim 2) do all the press conferences you can 3) make sure they’ve got a fitting scale role (crucial, important, etc) and when simming there in the correct position and higher rated than the other players!
