Tip of advice. Redshirting freshmen makes them more likely to transfer. If you redshirt them their sophomore year then they are for some reason less likely to transfer. I found this by playing ncaa 14 for thousands of hours as a kid lol. Great vid!

I wonder if the simulator factors in that the U of Chicago had much higher academic standards than most Division I schools. The example of Stanford shows that it is possible to achieve some degree of success at the D-1 FBS level while maintaining high academic standards. However, I suspect that finding recruits with the right academic as well as athletic fit would require recruiting far and wide, so limiting your recruiting to a single state would be a major impediment. 4:05
