You mentioned somewhere in there that it would be cool if you could just be the coach, have it be it's own sort of mode in franchise. I think you could treat the shot tendency changes as part of that. Like you'd just be able to change somebody by 20 or something each year to make them more aggressive or less aggressive to make the team more efficient
