Today we build a life-sized LEGO Computer displaying the classic KZbin desktop screen! The new Series 22 Minifigure, called the “Chile Costume Fan” fits perfectly in a pepper challenge video diorama. This spicy creation is going in the very center of our Custom LEGO City for CMFs: 22-Ville!

This is the fifth of 12 episodes in a LEGO MOC series we’re calling 22-Ville, where we build up our new 2022 LEGO City full of unique and colorful LEGO houses for every LEGO Series 22 CMF. In the last episode, I built a MASSIVE LEGO Frozen Tower (AKA LEGO Frozen Castle) for the LEGO Snow Guardian (AKA LEGO Snowtrooper). In episode 3, I built a forest hideaway for the LEGO Troubadour (AKA LEGO Bard), in episode 2, I built a LEGO toucan research station for the LEGO Birdwatcher, and in Episode 1 I built a LEGO Smurf-inspired LEGO mushroom house for the LEGO Forest Elf (AKA LEGO Acorn Boy).
Based on my brief LEGO review of this LEGO minifigure (after the LEGO haul LEGO unboxing, of course), the LEGO Chile Costume Fan (AKA LEGO Pepper Costume AKA LEGO Pepper Lady, LEGO Pepper Woman, LEGO Pepper person, or LEGO Pepper Minifigure) would be one of the lowest placing LEGO figures on my hypothetical LEGO tier list of the new 2022 Collectible Minifigure Series. I’m not sure who is asking for all these random LEGO food costume minifigures, because we get them every stinking series now, and you can’t even use the costume pieces (unique LEGO pieces, rare LEGO pieces) for anything other than their intended purpose! It limits creativity, kind of like the KZbin algorithm.
Part of this video is a video essay (or a KZbin commentary) about the state of KZbin and the KZbin algorithm. It seems like all you need to do is lazily chase trends to get views, which really limits creativity for content creators and content consumers in my opinion. So, I attempt to combine one imagination killer with another to hopefully cancel each other out. (Is that how that works?) One of the recent KZbin trends and recent TikTok trends was the pepper challenge KZbin pepper challenge TikTok. People ate hot peppers and apparently that’s funny? I don’t get it. Pepper challenge banned? Hot Ones guests.
This KZbin desktop page (unfortunately how to get dark mode on KZbin wasn’t an option due to my dark gray bricks supply) features a comparing the new KZbin logo versus old KZbin logo redesign (I decided against designing a custom KZbin logo), how to make a thumbnail, the KZbin algorithm KZbin recommended feed, LEGO KZbin, you can how to change your KZbin profile picture, includes good KZbin titles, Good LEGO KZbin titles, and the like button (when did the dislike button get removed? Thank you! We have plans to _modify_ a few of the cars to go with future figures, but building a fully custom car (or even the entire train) is a great idea. The current train doesn't fit the theme that well anyways...

Another cool idea to use this figure is to make make the pepper costume into a logo. By taking the body of a red lego figure and takeing the off the arms, getting a pure red headpiece or like headlight piece, and getting a red 2x2 or 1x2 brick. You can make pepper costume into a pepper logo and make the figure (the original figure wearing the pepper) and make them the owner of the building that uses the pepper logo

I’ve tried that, and there’s still too many gaps around the bricks since it’s made to fit around a minifigure torso… Good idea, I just wish it looked better :/
