Very cool, but I cannot justify the price for customs when regular sets are pricey (and there is a lot of good stuff coming out). I was very tempted once, but most of what I wanted was out of stock!

If you consider the prices of some medieval CMFs, the costs are not too bad. There is not that much difference, but you do have something that is more unique

I have some of Ktowns UV printed figs and honestly, they’re not bad at all. I definitely would prefer them all being pad printed but for the designs they make, the quality is very impressive. Using them as mercenaries or small squads works pretty well.

I purchased a few figures from them in the past month for the first time. I like the focus on historical figures, printing on Lego pieces and feel like the price is fair for the quality of the print.

K-Town is so impressive, I might have to get some of them for myself. Nice video. I feel like K-Towns custom figs could work so well as generals or something that isn't meant to a be a ton of in a battle.

Hey Goldyfre, some time ago you made a comparison video of some custom Lego based companies, stating K-Town Bricks as a good example and BrickWarriors as bad. I share your opinion that K-Town has amazing products (have bought some myself). However, BrickWarriors seem to have much better stain glass windows currently in offer, so I would like to hear your thoughts on it and perhaps see a comparison video on that topic. Cheers :)

I find the prices prohibitive, and I really wish the belts were on the crotch pieces rather than on the torsos. They're not even along the bottom edge of the torso. But there's no doubt that the quality is very high.

The belts are that high because that’s around where their were worn historically. Lego’s use of them along the hips is fine, but with ktown being more focused on accuracy than them, it would be inappropriate to have them so low.

People in America are so fortunate to only have to pay $5 shipping. To Canada, shipping starts at $19 and then you get hit with huge customs and taxes at the border. And the worst things are that K-town has no hold shipping service like some other stores do and they trickle their releases out in small batches rather than doing monthly drops, so you have to incur these high charges repeatedly because their stuff sells out in a few hours because they never make enough. It's just punishing to be a collector outside the US or Asia, and also funny when ppl inside the US still complain about the prices because they have absolutely no idea how good they have it haha

I very much like many of their printed tiles, but so many of them are out of stock, that it keeps me from buying them. The shipping cost to my country is nearly as much as I would buy nearly all of the tiles that interest me, so it is buy everything or nothing for me as of now. One thing that could convince me to buy is the return of the Huntsman, it is a beautiful minifig. But out of stock. Windows are great, I hope in time I will make a buy, the Black Falcons and Lions will be there :D And those Skull ones seem perfect for last D&D set. Or even the Dragon ones for the old Dragons faction.

I do not have the adequate budget to ever get full Minifigures from them, outside of some peasant torsos. But I have gotten several printed tiles from KTown, since they're more affordable.

Great and fair review as always. KTown is by far my favorite custom company. Their pad printing is second to none and they continue to come out with a great selection of subjects.

I'm a bit hesitant to jump on stuff like this. While I appreciate high quality original work, which this seems to be, the main reason to go for custom LEGO printing is for having better prices and this is probably more expensive than 2nd hand lego in every way. I love the design on the stained glass window pieces and the torso prints look indeed quite nice. There is no shortage of things to spend you rmoney on, if this were in Europe I would certainly consider a small order, but this is an amazing option for US viewers.

These are exactly what we would want lego to do in their sets. The printed windows look great. Not a fan of the minifigs (just because they don't really look like something I would put next to my Falcons. the quality seems to be great). And it's not like they don't know how to do it ... I have a princess peach stained glass window ... oh joy ... instead of having a super awesome original Dragon or "the black knight" or "King Richard" stained glass window. Instead we get weak stickers ... of these ... The more I see these custom pieces, the more disappointed I get in lego.

If you are not that into Lego, yeah, you wouldn't noticed they are custom torsos, but for me, I would totally know. The legs on the other hand I even searched for them on the internet thinking they were from a set the first time I saw them XDD
