Gotta say, that looked really good to be a pre-made sandwich. I hear a lot of people say how good their lemon cake is. I'm surrounded by Starbucks, but I'm not a coffee drinker so I never think of going there. Lately, I've been hooked on Panda Express...it's nothing like the food you get from your local Chinese restaurant, but it's super delicious in its own way and when you order a "plate" you get enough food for two meals...they really pile it on. A little time away from our homes where we spend so much time indoors is a nice treat. I sometimes just go to the library, find a comfy spot and just read for awhile. It’s cool inside, quiet and I always see something I want to check out and bring home. All free!!!

I like you taking us on everyday outings! I live in a rural area, and I go to town maybe 2 or 3 days a week. On those days, I almost always stop and get coffee at my favorite shops. Yes, I can make the coffees cheaper at home (I do make my own lattes), but it's the experience of getting a coffee out that I enjoy. When I go grocery shopping, I often pick one up to take with me. My family knows to include coffee cards for me on all gift occasions! 😄 How long does it take for you to find out if this video will be monetized? I so hope it is! I live in a rural area, too (in Iowa). I also work from home. My big-city coworkers laugh when I say, “I need to go to town.” I don’t even notice I say it, it’s just natural! I noticed you said the same and it made me smile. I know what you mean when you say that you “go to town!” 😂 I love being in the peace and quiet. ❤

Good evening, Glenda. I'm so glad you got to get out for a treat. My girl friends car air conditioner went out in her car, and she is still working. She was told it would cost $1,800 to fix her air-conditioning. At least she doesn't have to drive far to and from work.I just ordered her a rechargeable battery fan. Her cigarette lighter doesn't work, so she couldn't use my cigarette plug-in fan. They are usb rechargeable fans, and we use ours when the power goes out. We had an electrical substation being worked on Tuesday, and we were without power for hours, but it had rained that morning, and the house stayed cool. It got up to 83°.❤ ☕️

I remember hearing about that accident! How does the caffeine work with your B/P? I've been drinking iced coffee for a few weeks now, only, I use instant decaf and either half and half or heavy cream to make mine( and I like Stevia) So refreshing! Stay cool and God Bless!😊❤

I've never had a spike in my BP from drinking coffee or soda. I only drink one cup a day & try to limit my soda to one every now and then

If you like espresso, why you don’t buy a small Moka Pot? It’s gives you an excellent coffee and saves you a lot of money

You can do your ice coffee with the Moka Pot, a good strong coffee and add your milk and ice, I like to shake the milk before added to coffee
