What i also believe is a serious problem in Custom Battles is how hard it can get to achieve the specific line of dialogue you want to include during the battle, the filters don't do enough to make the search easier, i hope this gets better in future updates

Completely agree. The sorting is not great, and finding the dialogue that makes sense for cutscenes is way more difficult than it needs to be

I have a list in my notes on my phone and type it out under a category like Rage & Determination and with parentheses type "5 down" mean five right clicks on the pad starting from the top of that list will get me to the dialogue I added in my notes and a "10 up" is ten left (or right?) clicks starting from the bottom of the list will get me to the dialogue. & @eusebioduracell9208 I'm sure they will eventually update it. No way the game will last longer than a few months without it. This might be a live service game. I hope so at least, I'm looking forward to new content with this game

well they lost against the metal cooler army and were transported to the big gete star to get their energy absorbed. they were then trapped and overcharged the star with their super saiyajin energy, got free and shot an energy blast to destroy whats left of coolers original body.

The Goku who fights metal cooler in the movie is Goku (End) Super Saiyan because he can use instant transmission and even competes with Metal cooler who can also use the technique in the movie 🎥

Wrong. SSJ End Goku is meant at least from the fight vs Cell onwards. Despite SSJ Mid Goku not having the a Instant Transmission move doesn't discard it. Also, back in BT3 there was the non kanj Gi for Goku, which was used for early Cell saga and for the movies as well

Actually, this is Goku before mastering his Super Saiyan form, by the time he masters it he's Goku (End) in the Cell Games, but before that he's Goku (Mid), there is also the fact he can use instant transmission after coming back from Yardrat and we play as Goku (Mid) during Android Saga

Really cool idea! The movie itself is one of my most watched from DBZ, Metal Cooler is such an excellent villian =) Spoilers for the movie: Metal Cooler captured and was draining energy from Goku and Vegeta, then, for whatever reason, the AI keeps draining overloading the system making it so that his many forms explode leaving just the final large form which handily is defeated with Vegeta crippling him with a destructo disc, then a single blast to the chest from Goku =) Should they have won? No way haha But it was nice to see a truly unwinnable fight, where often these earlier moves came down to getting the tar beaten out of the Z fighters until Goku powers up or uses Spirit Bomb.

If you ever want to try some God level custom battles let me know I actually love this mode for me it kind of saved the game ( at least for me I don't really care about PVP ) The story stuff is a little hard to do with the trying to sort it all out but I love how much control you do have over the AI I tried this one guy's custom battle and he had the AI switching between strategies and effect columns it was crazy

This movie feels like it could include Vegito. Goku and Vegeta lost, so why not fuse? Imagine Vegito shredding through hundreds of metal coolers, all the way to the big gete star. Final act would be slicing the star in half with big spirit sword but didn’t work cus of regeneration so Final Kamehameha it to dust. It suprises me that Vegito does not have a movie.

Tbh I wish sparkig zero added more dlc that covered the movies. Add their story mode, add characters we didn't get and ofc modes like this. Perfect example: Metal cooler saga. What will it come with? Well besides the obvious it also adds the cooler robot (the generic ones at the start) and Core Metal Cooler. The giant form you only ever fought in ultimate tenkaichi; that with the saga and mode, easy content. Garlic Jr? 2 Sagas, a bunch of minions to play. Broly? Add paragus, the whip guys, maybe bio-broly. Hiruldegarn? Well Taipons brother is a start; maybe hiruldegarns halves as well (that can fuse to make what we already have). But what about situations where we can't add characters and we don't have the saga? Easy. Hitjyack. "The Plan to Erradicate the Saiyans" is a perfect reason to add sagas without new characters and it can be an extra. Janemba and super 17 open up Hell so there's that possiblity. Why stop there? Ozotto from Dragonball VRVS and fighterZ clones are great way to add new sagas for story and gives us a new char or skin for them; since they are pretty much mirror matches. Sparking Zero has a lot of potential and I think they know it. The last update even fixed a problem they already solved in later tenkaichi games by having a seperate menu for transformations, to reduce character clutter. Atm the game is okay, but I believe it can be so much more!

meta cooler made them hostages to get their super saiyan power to repair and redevelop the big gete star, but dragon ball basic theory applies here, goku and vegeta power up so hard that they destroy the big gete star clones like the other 1000 meta cooler and goku uses stardust finish (from where gogeta super saiyan ultimate comes from)attack on cooler heart and then boom 💥

I succeeded on the highest difficulty! (and published the replay in the game!) I really enjoyed this battle and play as Goku mid, like you! I took a look of the effects of this battle and I think it's possible to put effects in a clever way to decrease the number of events For exemple, you can put the AI at level 20 using the character select screen, as well as the immortal object (and then take it off in the effects) I do not understand why there is a scene C, which is never used (at least not in hard mode) and the scene B seems to only be there to fix unwanted things when Metal Cooler switchs In any case, I don't understand why there is a win condition in the scene A when we loose It means any player loosing when the first 45 Cooler have less than 80% of life will win the battle, it explains why there is a good win rate It's the same scene in the normal lose condition, so I suppose you forgot to take it off Edit : After a test, I understand the mecanic with scene B and the items gived in the beginning of scene A, and it's clever As Cooler can't switch, by doing this the first 45 Cooler will lose and reobtain immortality, but when Cooler will not regen again, they will just all lose immortality The only problem is that the 46th can be immortel during one attack (it explains what happens to me when I thought I've killed a Cooler during the end, but he rushed me and continued to be alive, it must be the 46th)

I havent tested this myself, but you might be able to change the difficulty at least a few times in the scenario with the adjust CPU difficulty effect. I don't think you can do it for every Cooler, but u might be able to script it so it changes to a different effect list (A,B,C) every time the 5th Cooler reaches 1% (with each effect list having a different difficulty set for every CPU, maybe 10-15-20)?

I thought about doing that! It's just tough to pull off with the 150 effect limit. I originally was going for every 3 beaten it, the difficulty increases by one, but I think it could totally be possible that way.

So what I did for this one, is I put 5 metal coolers, and then added an item that made it so they can't die. Then, once they reached 1% health, they would switch to the next cooler, and heal the previous one, giving the illusion of them being defeated and another one spawning.

I don't mind a challenge, but the difficulty is limited due to the costumer base being (and I'm putting it kindly here) "casual" over the last decade and devs realizing that most people aren't very bright. Only roughly 15-20% of players play on the higher to highest difficulty settings of any game. Elden Ring and the Dark Souls games are very popular sure, but that the memes it generated and community amplified it's popularity, so that series is an exception. I want to make custom games on the Super difficultly but I keep thinking: "Will people have fun playing this? Will they even clear it?" So if I have to agree with one thing concerning modern game devs, it's that the majority of players just don't have the time or skill to understand any given game's basic fundamentals anymore.
