You legally own the rights to your own creations if it's unique enough (ex: a red square can NOT be copyrighted) - various characters like the red robots could be though since they are distinct enough. basically he owns the characters, but I don't know about the weapons. None of the textures can count though since they're either defaults or taken from somewhere else

Not sure how i feel about this tbh, this game is his dream project. part of the reason dani isn’t uploading right now is because he was constantly being harassed about when karlson was coming out on all social media, so he left to focus on the game. People seem to be putting the game itself over the well being of its creator, and even going so far as to try to force it to come out themselves by making clones of it. If dani comments on this video i will assume i’m wrong and he doesn’t care, but it’s really greedy to try and pressure someone into releasing a project.
