I live in Norway and absolutely everyone and their grandmas got tow hitches on everything. Its common here, and a salespitch. If you have a garden, you need to tow shit around, waste, woodplanks. Everyone has boats that they store in their garden. I’m from New Zealand (we call them tow-balls here). We use them to toe like trailers, but like small ones. So in a nutshell about 20%-35% of people tow stuff on a daily. Like a small lawnmower company could use like any car just starting out cause they have like push mowers (regular petrol mowers). Or they can use it for towing their gardening scraps to the dump or it’s just like for everyday use because like sometimes we don’t need or have a Ute (pick up truck) or the load we pull isn’t always big and heavy load, sometimes what we tow is really light. It’s also sometimes a pain in the leg because you can like run you shin into the tow ball which is like another level of pain But yeah that’s that in a nutshell

They use the tows to pull smaller trailers just as we do in Denmark. In Denmark we use it to go get new stuff that take up a lot of space and can't fit in the trunk, but we also use it for garbage and stuff like that.
