Mickey once was a supervisor in a bowling ball factory. He was a supervisor of 10 employees during the great rack failure of 93. Balls flew everywhere. Luckily 2 of his employees escaped serious injury. Thank god for that 7-10 split.

Vegetables. Buy them, Pu them in a large pan with water and a tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt, boil it, in half an hour you have some kickass vegetable soup. Easy. Get some soup mix (beans, split peas, lentils etc) and soak them overnight and add them to the soup if you want it to be mega. Find a salad dressing you like, I'm a Ceasar man, and buy a bag of salad greens with sliced carrots (spinach leaves are good, kale is a bit hardcore) or whatever you like, tomatoes, fancy mushrooms of you like them raw, some chia seeds and hulled walnuts. Pour salad into bowl with sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, anything else you like, crush walnut kernels in your hand and sprinkle on top, add salad dressing, then a teaspoon or so of chia seeds. Boil some red or purple potatoes (healthier and tastier) when you can stick a fork in them easily they're done, pour out water, add butter and milk, or coconut cream, pink Himalayan salt (80+ minerals, tastes better, you can have as much as your tastebuds can handle) and mash it up, (I like to add sweet potatoes and steamed spinach) if you want meat I can recommend free range chicken grilled, but I'm vegan now and highly recommend you save your money and time as well as their lives.
