Hey thanks for sharing your story. Sorry that you experienced such an unfortunate situation. That sucks. Truly it does. In those moments we have to be careful not to create hard and fast rules in response to being hurt or betrayed, which is what a lot of people do. Particularly men. Did she play you? Yes, and that sucks big time! Does that mean every woman is like that though? No, not at all. I make that point because I know a lot of brothers will hear your story and reinforce a belief and ideology about all women from a tragic situation. That's not helpful. I know and believe you can recover from this. It's okay to take time to mourn and heal from it. The reality is folks get played and misused everyday. There are some not nice women AND men in this world. That reality doesn't have to stop you or anyone else from taking a chance on love though. When you love anyone there is that risk of being hurt. There are times where great risk leads to great reward though. Keep your head up. Keep hope and love alive. It'll pay off.

What. I heard someone, a man, cry and lament about a similar situation. The girl studied law and now uses the knowledge against the very man that took her to law school in USIU. It really sucks. Great story Socrates.
