I hate when people who make "rerecordings" of their old stuff try to snuff out knowledge of the old one in some form of shame; I'm still very proud of my original work and there are parts of it I could never replicate; same as with this version. I'll try to get a nice updated download link up on the original since apparently people have been having trouble with the current link. Don't worry, I got a lot of new stuff planned out, and no more album to delay it all!

Thank you so much! I wish I'd had a lot of the recording knowledge I have now (the mic I used was, I believe, a cheap desktop microphone), but it was really fun to take a look back at my original and figure out how I could bring back what it was in the context of who I am now.

great song, but i cant help thinking if this really was the case we don't really know much about their relationship. I then couldn't help but wonder if discord used to love celestia but now loves fluttershy. in the series its hinted at but he could just be over protective. personally i think its along the lines of jealous colt friend. which makes me think of discord singing i wont say i'm in love from Hercules or even last Christmas i gave you my heart talking about celestia and then show fluttershy as the new one he loves.

This has little comments, so I'll post it here. You have done something that has never happened before for me..... you have made beautiful music that speaks to ME. Various songs that you have made have all been instantly put on my music list and listened to over and over again. Each of your songs seems unique, and is wonderful. With a little mastering on the part of adding a more unique sound stage (3d sound of things around your head) then it would be perfect.

This was my favorite Brony song back when I first started listening to it, along with Jackle App and the Pony Swag megamix. It was easily one of the first songs I could sing from start to finish from knowledge, and one that, after I rediscovered it, still gave me the chills from listening to it. This cover does it, and yourself, so much justice. Thank you, Metajoker, for making one of my favorite songs, then remaking it even better than before.

Still excellent, though I've listen to your older version so much I think I might still prefer it.
