I've used a 3"x5" top bound spiral notepad in a leather notebook/memo book cover that I purchased in the 1980's when I was a police officer. I've carried this type of notebook ever since. I take it everywhere I go. It fits in my back pocket. It costs extra, but I started using Rite-in-the-Rain (#135) products and have been very pleased. Pencil is my first choice. I'm 67 and enjoying your videos.

I use a similar system but I use an top bound A6 discbound notebook. The pages are repositionable, disposable and refillable. I can punch different types of pages, even printables, pockets and tabs. I use small discs so it takes the same space as a traditional top bound notebook.
@tuomi115410 ай бұрын
I found it hard to worl with traditional notebooks because I would have disposable notes mixed in with important ones I wanted to archive, and in the end would run out of space and have to choose between transferring the information from my old notebook or just giving up with it.

@@Bedeoz I just bought some cheap rings from Amazon and a craftelier punch. I made the covers, dividers and pockets myself. Then I punched some grid paper for it. Since I live in Europe and A4 paper is commonly used on printers it is easy to print A6 sized planner inserts etc.
