It's nice that Keiichi hired Nagisa because of Matsumoto's abusive authority using the "son of the CEO" card abd being self-proclaimed elite as he fired her by not re-signing her contract so that his gf will replace her position. Matsumoto is unaware of her achievements and uses her like a robot that made her work all the time and scolds her if she needs to take a break. Karma strikes for Matsumoto as his dad"s company went downhill because of him and he broke-up with Tanaka because she doesn't do her work and focuses on beauty salon. Too bad we didn't see anything happen to her. But I assume that she kept finding matchmaking parties and being a gold-digger that no one will date her because of her bad rumors about her. Of course Keiichi won't give back Nagisa to Matsumoto because he'll do it again to her. Good thing that his dad is sensible and made him get demoted by transfering him to the regional office. He should be grateful that he stll has a job and didn't fire him. Hopefully that place is full of tozic people that he can't handle it and quit. Serves him right! As Keiichi's company grew further thanks to Nagisa for being part of his company and they became lovers.

If dad fires him, he gets unemployment benefits and labor laws prevent the company from saying anything about what an ass he turned out to be. But transfer him to an out of the way branch, give him a demeaning job, and Matsu either learns from his mistakes and becomes a better person, or, he quits. If he quits, no unemployment, no benefits, and his dad can put a "non-rehire able" notation on his file. You can't tell anybody why, but, any company who sees that when they investigate your job history will know you effed up big time and won't hire you for anything except menial positions. It's a death sentence for your future.

Matsumoto and Tanaka weren't even humans, but just living trash that were an insult to the air itself...and honestly they should be thankful their faces didn't get any scratch, especially the male one, that has been a complete son of **** from the very beginning mainly to girl he fired earlier (while instead the father was a "right" man witch which I hope the MC can get along with just fine). Still though, the police should have been involved against those two (since the first one basically threatened both MC and the girl that got fired for no **** reason, and the other one because she almost setted up the company for bankrupt...).

Matsumoto: He ended up completely demoted and his position as CEO has been dropped and the father decided to choose a CEO based on merit. He ended up doing grunt work and now he is being treated like a robot. He still tried acting high and mighty as he is the son of the CEO but that got reported and he got fired from the job. He eventually tried to get a job at the MC company by force blaming him for his downfall and the MC rejected him on the spot and the idiot threaten to sue the MC but the MC was able to retaliate and the FMC was able to say some stuff to him and he started getting violent so the police was called and he got arrested. Later on he was spotted sitting on the ground in the street with a can for change. He could not find any jobs as he has no experience and he was constantly putting his foot in his mouth. Despite being a bum, he still brags about his elite status and people laugh at him and even film him and put it on social media. He has been a laughing stock since then. One time he spotted the couple and tried to attack them but the MC was able to take him down and beat the crap out of him. He has been on the ground crying and throwing a tantrum. He has been arrested once again and has been sent to an asylum.
