9:30 It looks like the shark might have a small goiter which you should have Tommy look at. If it is a goiter, then you can treat it with iodine supplements onto its food, which should reduce the size of the goiter. If it goes untreated then the goiter can grow to a size where it becomes hard for the shark to eat.

Paul it’s your fish and obviously you can do whatever you want. But I’m just saying if you move your monster fish from the huge pond inside to the big pond outside, you’re just giving them less space to move. I know you’re saying the camera doesn’t do the outside pond justice with how big it is but I’m just telling you it’s not as big as the one they’re in now. The camera does do the one they’re in now justice. Good luck

If he wants to move all the freshwater fish to a new place there should be a second pond because it is a downgrade it seems like… I’m not trying to hate on him tho iv been watching him since 2018 and he inspired me to build my own pond! Also he’s kinda open about where he lives and what shops are near him so it seems like moving them outside ppl might come steal the fish….

Nice brown banded bamboo shark, its adorable! Chiloscyllium punctatum 😁 Just make sure you put some multivitamins with iodine in the food. The bulge under his head is a huge sign of a shortage of iodine. And yes it's a he! - fulltime shark and ray aquarist

Is it just me or am I the only one that wonders why Paul spray paints his white pvc pipes black instead of just buying black pvc pipes? Or is there a good reason I am unaware of like price, availability, fish keeping reasons (able to check algae build-up on the inside?)? Genuinely curious, not hating cuz the glossy paint finish looks great too! Pump come with manufacturer warranty? Also, how's Uni? Feel like its been a while since the little urchin was mentioned since the tank treatment that required invertebrates to be removed.

Looks good! excited for the next video! like jack said below, maybe check into that small goiter. also for sure get that blue hospital cleaned of the dirt and debre. excited to see what you are going to do with the tank moving forward. (temporary pop up hospital tank? maybe you can do a fine mesh bag of sand for when treating copper like you said but can be easily removed when taking down the tank after the inhabitant goes to the other tank.)

@@stonehillfarm866 Forgive me, I didn't realize that that was mold, I thought that it was just dirt; it definitely should have received a good soaking in soapy vinegared freshwater then scrubbed and left to dry/UV sterilize in the sun then.

Paul for the saltwater reef pond we need some “blue striped leg hermit crab”, some “sexy shrimp” as well as some harlequin shrimp, eastern triangle angel fish that’ll make such a big difference in the pond cool wise

Paul go with a light tan or light blue, the white will reflect sun light and could cause problems. I use to do commercial roofs and alot of buildings had white vinyl membranes to reduce cooling cost through the summers. Those roofs are like solar ovens. i swear you can roast a chicken on the top of one. Just food for thought.

flame angel for the reef pond, and dont forget all the lil fish in the sand, thatll be fun watching you catch all those guys. but as for the pred pond, i think a nurse shark, theres one type, i cant remember which but i think they max out at like 3 1/2 to 4 ft so that might be pushing the size of that pond, but yeah, love nurse sharks.

A thought popped into my head with todays video. The new outdoor pond for your big freshwater fish and what to do in winter rare cold snaps. You could get one of those 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 gazebo canopies to cover it and hold evaporating heat in better until it warms back up. Or maybe a more permanent one so always shaded above and the herons don't bother them. Then just wrap the sides for cold spells
