I Restored my classic Mercedes-Benz C180 W202 [MGC Ep 15]

I just got a driving license and got C180 Elegance with red interior which sat 3 years outside and almost 5 years inside from last owner who died and owned it since 2003. Our C-class was made in 1993 and after 27 years it is still in really good condition. It has a bit of rust all around the body. But man 27 years and looks still good for me. Always when I leave it and walk off, I just need to turn back and look at it. I have cruised with it around town and took a lot of pics! It's just a nice car. Good old Mercedes what they used to be. These classic are like a soul, they have personality. It just shame, that not many of these are in good care. I was not really excited of our C180 before i finally drove it. It's so smooth, simple and classic. Even with smallest engine, it's responsive and not bad at all for age! Since driving it more and more, i just started appreciate it more and this car made me love other classic Mercedes models like W124 coupe and W140 S-class!

Exactly! I always turn back to look at mine after I’ve parked! The w124 , w123 , w140 were all benz from an era of supreme class. I’d love to own a 123 or 124 some day aswell. These Benz’s just keep going if you Care well for them.

Thank you for removing the black sticker(?) on the hood and those stripes in the front fenders. Definitely makes the car look much better

Haha yep, when younger we do things we regret later. I am returning the car back to complete stock condition. Waiting on some parts then next video will show it. Cheers!

Lovely new steering rack - but your steering damper looks ancient! Have you considered changing it? Really easy and makes a big difference.

No new rack. I put in new stabiliser bar and control arms throughout !

Awesome video. I have a similar car but with a amg trim. Just a request, change the music....a bit of psychedelic trance would do.
