My grandparents took me to see this when it was released in theaters. It was amazing on the big screen with the theater sound system. What I loved about this film was that I'd never seen anything like it. It was a new idea and was really well done for the mid-90s. "You're not a postal worker are you?" In Ameria quite a while ago a postal worker shot up his workplace and killed a bunch of coworkers. That's where the phrase "Going postal" came from when someone is insane with anger. This movie was made at a time when it was the in thing for movies to make fun of that event. It's not to do with the hunter's uniform at all, but his craziness and his gun. Hope I made this clear.

Its a common trope in America that postal workers have mental breakdowns and go on murder sprees. Something about the never ending monotony of the job drives some people insane I guess.

If you enjoyed this and "Shrek" then you should definitely also check out "Robots." (2005). 🤖 It's another animated movie and it features Robin Williams as one of the voices.
