I always look at seller reviews and ratings before buying loose packs from them. I only buy packs from recent sets (since sometimes it’s a lot cheaper than ETBs and blisters) and I don’t think I’ve gotten any resealed packs! You just have to do your research on the vendor beforehand

Raichu coming in to save the day! I rarely buy loose packs, unless I'm planning on keeping them sealed; the risk of weighing and tampering is too high imo. But I'm glad you got lucky and found some trustworthy sellers!
