33 packs!!! Illuminati confirmed! The other two OG starter lines: Squirtle and Bulbasaur, deserve the shiny treatment. Is it somewhere in Pokémon lore that the shiny versions of them went extinct or something?!?! They always get snubbed in the shiny sets while the Charmander line got it twice. Heck of a vid, man. Love these "high risk" rips. Many would cringe at the sight of PC WTBs getting ripped, but not me. I've bought maybe just over a dozen of them across various S&V sets and I ripped them all, haha. I would have loved if there were more legendary baby shinys like Rayquaza or Raikou. Also, I'd definitely be into a video explaining different characters from the games/shows. I used to watch Pokemon before school back in the 90s, but I only remember the core characters so I very rarely know any of these people that I pull 😂

They made the special Gyarados ex Premium Collection set with a Magikarp and Water Tera Gyarados. I wished they debuted a shiny versions of Magikarp and Gyarados too. . I did get in one of the booster packs from my PAF Pokémon Center ETC a Shiny Rare Sableye (184) followed by an Illustration Rare Wugtrio (224).

I like opening this set. I’m still hunting that Charizard, but I’ve seen the prices go down, they always go down as the market starts to see how available the products are. Over time they usually go back up in price as they become less available and more in demand, as long as it’s not printed a ton of times (like Shining Fates was) and that could still happen, only time will tell! 🤷‍♂️😅
