I love every idea on this video, and we need to make many changes in our firm. I love the idea of more tax planning in Nov/Dec and calculating estimated tax payments or payments with extension, so no worries if client's return is extended. I do think I could get some complaints for billing for tax planning and then billing for tax prep. But, I guess they can go somewhere else if they're not happy.
