Honestly, ESI chunky grips are great, they are comfortable and absorb a lot of trail vibration. And some will complain they are silicon and are therefore easier to rip, and I would respond that they are $10-15 and don’t actually get damaged that easily. The grip comes in a crap ton of colors, thicknesses, shapes, and lengths to best fit the rider; the ESIs are on all my bikes except my DH/Enduro.

@jacgoosen3783

Hi Seth! You said that the larger bottle didn't leak with the hole in the bottom. But it could be risky to apply pressure to the sides, pushing the inner surface away from the outer surface at the mating point. This could be improved by drilling a few smaller holes in the bottom, rather than one big hole, to keep some material in the middle that keeps the radius of the bottle constant.

I think the idea with the curved spikes on the trailblazer was so that when compacting with it, you dont get the big spike marks.Previously it was an issue on other products, as it would then compact unevenly.

Don't want to spoil the fun, but do make sure that the cargo compartment of the bottle is food grade plastic. Im guessing its not, because normal plastic is cheaper, and that could be really unhealthy (particullary BPA).

Product suggestion for you to test out that I started using recently. Xpand Laces. I'm that guy that typically leaves shoes tied and slides them on and off, or wears slip on shoes. For MTB thats a bit hard because you want them tight. Xpand laces are elastic so they stretch for you to slide your foot in, keep tension, and no long laces to worry about getting caught in stuff. Have them on my Hellions with quick lacing system and the normal laces on my Vices that you also have. Been loving both and no issues riding with them. Saves me a little bit of time getting ready when I get to the trails and still need to slide on my knee pads. I'm not affiliated with the company at all, just someone who was surprised by product and its price(8 sets for $45), that I ended up converting most my shoes to have them.

I have used them now for 5+ years, and have tried others in the middle, and i wouldnt ride any other grip than this in technical terrain.... i highly recommend them. I have very beat up wrist and Rev Grips made MTB enjoyable again.

im the kinda person to buy the fooker cuz im poor af and i just want a bike that's gonna ride nice for cheap. Capitalism does everything to bring me down so i have to do what I can to get what i need. I got my bike off Facebook marketplace and it is beautiful for what i spent on it. I respect the design work that the raceface people did for the biking community, but putting it at such a high price point makes it less about helping the community and more about making money from the community. Just as much as copying the product and making it cheaper is taking advantage of the community.

Hey, now you have a trail dog, and yeah we all remember drama chasing you with a broomstick behind you, we miss him I think he was a great dog. He was really chill cause he knew he had a great owner who wouldn't let anything happen to him. You are making great videos, I wish that your videos never end but you were injured for the past few months, so take some rest and please make some bike hack videos as fast as you can

Seth if you want a larger water bottle for your bike try the cammelback podium bike water bottle as I have had mine for about 6 months and I would recommend this. If you do see this thank you for your amazing effort and great videos also thanks for taking the time out of your day to read the comments.
