First idea, put the sled straight in one of the other doors. 2nd, since there is so many diesel buckets try actually tipping a bucket to pour into the bus tank, that might move fuel faster. (Better so if the game has funnels) Also glitchy bus could be from the snowmen themselves, one hits the bus and clips.

The bus honestly sucks, although diesel is really abundant (You can get it from the snowmans pot hats), the bus is really slow compared to other cars, and it also glitches far more than a car.
