Don’t worry we have all been there! Perhaps try borrowing a safe horses or make sure u trust ur horse (if u have one) then speak to ur trainer or coach about it! But I can’t help too much because I don’t know ur condition?

Start on a lunge line with your instructor. That way you can get a feel for the rhythm and your seat before you add in directions/cues.

Deffinetly try a lunge lesson with your instructor. I've had a couple recently for the first time, mostly because I tend to get tense going into canter, which to the horse means stop cantering! After 2 30 min lessons my seat and canter transitions are so much better. Good luck x
