Question/Tip: You can optimize the trees by adding a localscript that hides far away trees or lowers their quality on the client. This can be easily achieved by using Raycasting and could make your dream game a lot more professional!

That is called StreamingMesh.

Ehh ok Size + Rotation, can do CFrame(on some trees it may look better than others) and ScaleTo() to change model's size, which uses a percentage based value. For making the trees not float, a thing that can be tried is raycasting under the model(like one stud or something) if it finds a material or terrain or something like that, then it can be moved down. Scripting solutions exist! Just, make sure you do that in a testing environment(a copy of the game that was just saved locally to the PC or something) so you don't accidently delete something lol

Question: Instead of ruining the quality of the trees in your game (which looked beatiful btw) for your performance costs, how about having different approach to it, like they are still visible, but if they are far away, then they are a lot reduced in quality. Closer they are, the better the quality of them is. (It might get worse if you are travelling on fast speed, or it might get even better, who knows, it is kinda of a gamble to do this, but if it is successful, you will have amazing looking game with good performance. And this can be applied on buildings too)

*IDEA for dream games problem:* How about before you even enter the loading screen did them two performance options, “low quality” or “high quality” just use Murder mystery as an example. But change it a bit. Murder mystery asks what device your playing on, and depending on that it chooses game layout, performance, E.C.T. but if they choose the high performance option, you can give them a warning about the performance before letting them load, me, personally, if I’m gonna be playing for hours I don’t care if it takes couple minutes to load.

My solution would probably be to detect the device of the player as they join. Depending on their device, you'd use more or less detailed trees. Alternatively, as @AlexanderRavioli suggested, include tree-type in the graphics setting (assuming you have one). Thirdly, you could change the RenderFidelity depending on their device/custom graphics setting.

Ro builder have chunks for your trees in the game and make it not render if you can’t see it and also make LOD models (level of distance) this would help a lot and it’s pretty easy to script streaming enabled might do some of these

no way its been a year... question: do you think it would be possible to add bike stickers that you can apply to your bike? also maybe you could make an optimization setting with applies these optimizations, mainly for mobile players/people with low end devices

One suggestion, can you do a Minecraft like rendering system where things outside your local "render distance" hide or downgrade quality to you only? Only things that wouldn't hide would be like tall buildings, terrain and players, everything else like motorcycles, small buildings, decorations can hide. Idk anything about coding so this might not be possible but just a suggestion.

Add graphics settings. Low end is the blocky and low poly trees and no shadows while buildings are just blocks with textures. Mid end is the middle of low end and high end, and High end is the full game

You could add to the Settings, a Detail Section where u can Select Higher Detail, that will Replace the Trees with the Higher Detail Once, and a Lower Detail Setting which replaces them with the lower Detailed ones.

Tip/idea, for the dream game to fix the trees you should add/ model trees like the ones in “red cliff city rp” I think they’re exactly like what your looking for!

Suggestion: you need to union all the parts that have the same textures so the game only has to load like 6 parts instead of 5000 parts for the buildings, it literally doesn’t change anything but the performance. (This is only for the buildings that you cant enter)

Instead of making all trees low poly from every distance you should use the low poly models as an LOD for when your decently far from them

I just found a hilarious bug in the testing place when i tried to steal someones bike. if two people get on a bike on the same frame, the camera glitches out like crazy and it flings you out of the map.

Probably should look into LOD for your game. I'm a game developer not a roblox developer but I cannot believe there isn't a way via like collection service to locally choose which model should be spawned on screen. In reality the closer trees should've stayed the same, the trees about 500 studs away should look like the new ones and anything further should be a even lesser LOD probably like 100 tris, and the lowest would just be an image of the tree that.

Why didn't you just make 'low quality mode'? You're pc can handle the game, mine too, that would of been so cool! You could just make a folder called , hie quality and a folder called low quality, and as a scripter, I bet I could code it in about 15 minutes. StreamingMesh/Streaming Enabled is where a model, depending on how close/far you are from it, will lower in quality for optimization. Tri's/Triangles are what most meshes are made up of when sculpting a model/mesh, and depending on how many triangles there are, they will either increase optimization, or lower it.
