Just so you know, it's not really your fault you can't refold the clothes at the clothing store as neatly as they were originally. I worked at a store that was mostly clothing once and we had a thing specifically made to help you fold the clothes exactly the same way each time, and I think every night when the store was close to closing someone would go around and straighten up all the clothes than had gotten unfolded.

I bet sometimes the worst option ruins less lives than the other options just to prevent someone from getting the max possible lives ruined by doing what you did. You should do a second playthrough aiming for most lives ruined and try whatever option sounds like it'd annoy the most people.

He's probably taking a part time job in retail, where his entire job description is to deny everyone's refund. There's going to be a a lot of angry customers. But wait, it gets better. Since he's the only person in the refund denial department, that also makes him his own manager. So when all the irate customers demand to see the manager, he can give them the same answer. But wait, it gets even better. When customers try to escalate the issue, Gray gives them the number of his "boss" but it's actually just a answering machine set to go straight to voicemail. So no matter how many times they call, the answer is still going to be "No". They can call over and over again for hours, and they still aren't going to get a different answer. At the end of the day, with Gray in charge, no one will be getting a refund. Ever.

The Starbucks part reminded me of the time that someone cut a few people in line and my dad was one of them and he was very tired that day and he said that if they don’t go into the back that he would take his car and ram into them they didn’t move so my dad got into his car and revved the engine and the lady that cut them never moved so quick in her life
