I generally enjoy watching your videos, but recently they have become filled with those cute animations and clips stuffed into the videos. You are really overdoing it with those to the point where it is becoming extremely painful and annoying to watch. You probably think they are clever but they are so irritating to watch after a while. Terribly overdone. Looking forward to the simpler and straightforward videos you used to post without attempting to be overly clever and cute. Thanks and best wishes

I have a 2001 audi allroad and yours has a Phatnoise PhatBox music player. The reason they are cool, is that they plug into the existing CD changer DIN plug and you can use the factory headunit to find songs by a pretty smart text-to-audio search interface using the factory headunit buttons and dial. The storage is a 20GB+ portable harddrive. There is a docking station that allows for "easy" transfer between a computer and the portable storage harddrive.

Maybe the nay sayers keep stating the timing chain eventually fails w/those v8 Audis is because they are usually driven aggressively all the time by always flooring the accelerator -basically launching it like every V8 naturally aspirated Audi. If you drove drove it smoothly (like Ms. Daisy =P ) to top end speed, it would last longer and won't fail. For that price acquiring it, good catch Craig!I'd buy it from you if I didn't have any debt. If the chain fails, that'd be negligence from 1st, 2nd and how many owners who drive it like they stole it and/or neglect maintenance (and don't do preventive maintenance). I am fortunate my 3.0T is the CREC engine (the bolt on supercharger pulley drive) that doesn't have the problems of the previous generations.

Use WD-40 on all plastic molding to make them look like new. It also works great on engine bays and plastic parts. Try it, it really works good, I've been doing it for years. Since WD-40 was developed as a water repellent, it works as a natural coating for plastics. Works especially well on black, greys, and dark plastics, works good on whites, but not very well on clear unless you use very small amounts. Hope this helps you.
