Nice video mate however one point about those Gent fans, they spoilt all that good support by ripping out a section of our seats ripping down banners absolutely disgraceful, also that was effectively our B Team 11 changes so 4-2 thats ok

Thanks mate! I’m always harsh when it comes to Chelsea but your comments on the result are absolutely fair. 3 points are all that matters at the end of the day and certainly much better this season, to the last couple! 😂 I didn’t see that about the gent fans until I read a couple of comments on here - such a shame as I had a chat with some gent fans afterwards and only had good things to say! Always gonna get a few nobheads wherever you go I guess!

​@@TFHipsterWell, this happened because you guys mocked us when we held up our lights in the 52nd minute. It was for a famous singer from Gent who died. We have fanatic fans, but normally everyone is friendly. It's a shame that seats were broken, but this was about respect, even though I realize you couldn't have known this. But I do know if this had happened against the other Belgian teams such as Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Standard or Antwerp they would have demolished your stands and probably ended up in the Chelsea stands. Hooliganism is a serious problem in Belgium. Those men train during the week to be able to fight on matchday or they meet in the woods and fight other hooligans.

It’s not the competition making the poor atmosphere in that stand mate, I’ve sat in westview for the prem last season and the atmosphere is so poor, I found it was full of “tourist” fans

I think it’s a mix of both to be fair. You aren’t going to get loads of hype at games like these, or the early rounds of the fa cup because it’s not as big as a game like Arsenal or spurs and we’re usually expecting to win, but I’ve experienced the same thing as you when I sat there for a prem game with one of the hospitality packages. Peaks and troughs isn’t it!!
