I will tell you that all the hard work is keeping your bodies in much better shape, that if all you did was sit around, doing nothing! I am an 80yo widow, and I go to Physical Therapy twice a year, to maintain my body strength, and balance. Yesterday, two therapists told me I could outdo many 20 year olds they know! Stroked my ego, and made me work even harder.

Unfortunately, Spencer, Kevin & his Dad are based in different parts of the States, either needing to fly in when they collab, or commit to a multi State drive to get to Florida. AP, obviously is also local, but has his day job as well as all the people he's trying to help, which is why you see more videos with Main Street Mowers' assistance, not just with equipment, but getting well & truly stuck in with the craziest transformations 👍🏻
