In this Slay the Spire gameplay, Baalorlord does an Ascension 20 run with Ironclad. First, he gives tips on choosing a path and a starting bonus. This strength-scaling Ironclad build is certainly one of them!

I just learned recently by playing the game that using flex and limit break on the same turn lets you keep half the strength, but I had no idea that artifact could block the strength down! That’s awesome

How much money a creator gets from a youtube premium viewer depends on how much you watch them vs others. So as a simple example, if you watched 100 hours of youtube this month, and it was 50% Baalor, 40% frostprime, and 10% someone else, Baalor would get 50% of your youtube premium money (simplified). Generally, a Twitch subscription, regardless of whether its a Prime sub or not, is the best way to support Baalor monetarily. But you should pick whichever option you enjoy watching most!

@@nofall25I think the balancing factor is having to take ALL 3. The opportunities for using it would be pretty limited, or would have heavy tradeoffs.

This run is odd. It appears to have everything you'd want (to my layman's eyes anyway) and with an extremely experienced pilot, but still only just wins with 3HP left. What could have helped? More card draw? Did it just take too long to get going every fight leading to almost too much health loss?

Im not a pro but this is what i think. The corruption deck was assembled late, after making a reaperless strenght deck, before the barricade corruption and dark embrace are in play the deck is forced to take a lot of damage on the long fights it cannot win instantly. Things that would have helped: -Better potions -To have gotten the bottle on the dark embrace -reaper -more removes -more good block cards The deck was two decks, one that wanted to scale strenght and finish in 4 turns and one that wanted to get 4 powers in play

not sure if you know this but there is a mod that changes colors of map icons and has a config so you can change the color of each icon, it looks very nice and still works with the map marker mod

@@nay7517 i meant the colored map mod, it changes the color of the icons directly for each type of room, I didn't mean the mod that lets you click on the map icons to mark them

@@glitchedgamerytif I remember correctly, Baalor does know about this, but said that it's a bit too much. I don't know when, but I was watching stream, and thinking, "yeah same."
