@@StillGamingMaybeLatr some probably can, but not all of them can make multiple good sets. My 2nd account in arena is top 0.1% with ~120+ spd violent sets. In world arena though, its only top 15%. Both metrics are hard to base it off of since not everyone does world arena and the inactive player base is included in arena numbers. So compared to the entire player base, id like to say its probably true, but definitely not if you compare it to the active world arena player base. Just depends on what you consider player base ☺️

@@StillGamingMaybeLatr as a F3 player (as is the vast majority of pb), I can confirm that no, we cannot make +120 vio sets *with decent stats* easily. I have a my few best units around that speed and I'm far and above most of F3. I rarely get outsped (and usually just when I'm against a spd lead while I have none)
