What a story, massive congrats! Ive got an editing tip for you because i noticed your voice is louder in right ear. if using Premiere, In the project window before you put your footage/audio on the timeline, right click it, go to modify > audio channels, then change clip channel format to mono, and number of audio clips to 2. This means the left and right tracks that the mic records will become 2 mono tracks that sound equally loud in both ear, then you can just use either of those audio tracks (louder one if you are speaking quiet, or quiet one if you are speaking loud)
