How did you start. Did you sell your own cars or did you become an agent who negotiate with dealers and then deliver the car to the customers?

"How did you start" is a question that business owners would never tell you because it's almost impossible to "copy their success". In business theory, these are the factors how people started up their own business: - gained enough working experience (How to advertise the car correctly, how to sell vehicles, etc.) - gained business connections (business friends who would give you support to make "win-win" progress) - gained customer base (they will depend on some industry, let's say these customers will buy and sell their cars periodically - repeat purchase) - start-up capital (the money needed to rent a workshop, showroom, to build up an office) - running capital (As you may know some dealers they acquire cars, they will need a huge amount of capital) Ordinarily, used car dealers they earn commissions from the consignment, large firms they raise finance from commercial banks or other private investors.
