Good point, thinking this would be a great place to work, boy was I wrong. I worked at WCE for 2 -- 3 years about 60 cars, Lamo Avertador, Hurricanes, Audi R8's, MBZ'S cycles, what ever, repairing scatched, small missing areas to reconstructing a large area of carbon fiber on defusers, front lips, all exterior parts + interior dash pieces + many odd handyman jobs, and on the building and equipment. Hunter said all the work always had to be perfection and done as fast as possible for new inventory. Also all 3 detailers walk out because Eric's bad attitude and no pay raise after working them extremely hard for years, a least he bought pizza once in a while and a small refrigerator. I'll never go back ever.

It’s really inspiring to see someone with a rich dad who owns a dealership finally make it in this business
@whatta779310 ай бұрын
Well, you most certainly don't KEEP wealth by spending it and NOT investing it. If you want to keep your inherited wealth, you have to keep it working for you, this dealership would be the way he keeps it working for him. Donald Trump inherited around $40~ million from his father. He was worth over $4 billion when he first ran for President in 2016. That is down to $2.5 billion now, due to lawsuits and etc. If you ever inherit money, make good investments with it or it will not last long.

01:30 🚗 Starting an exotic car dealership requires significant capital, with monthly operating costs around $200,000 to $400,000. 08:09 💼 Building a successful business involves hard work, motivation, honesty, and understanding your audience. 13:41 💰 The goal is to sell around 50 cars a month, and profit margins vary due to selling cars of different makes and models. 15:29 🏡 The speaker focuses on financing the business with internal funds rather than using external flooring lines. 16:54 👥 Building a strong team takes time, caution, and smart hiring decisions to ensure a good fit for the business. 17:37 🌅 Eric wakes up early, around 5 to 6 AM, and starts his day with a personal training session before work. 18:06 📅 Eric emphasizes the importance of creating a daily schedule, making lists of tasks, and setting reminders to stay organized and productive. 18:35 🏁 Eric is working on a significant project to build a two-mile race track in Lake Elsinore, which is a $50 million investment. 19:18 💪 Eric's ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously is attributed to his love for what he does and his passion for the car industry. 21:26 🙌 Eric's advice for success includes old-school values like hard work, discipline, and staying focused on what you love, rather than getting caught up in social media or self-promotion. Nice inventory the dealership has, but did I just hear $50 Million in sales?! That’s quite a lot of dough the owner is brining home if he has an overhead of $2.4 Million a year.
@coreyginsburg22723 ай бұрын
That’s not really a fair assessment of how successful the business is. You’re making really slim margins on cars like these. It’s not like a product or software company where you would be generating 10-15 million in cash flow on 50 million in sales. He’s probably bringing in closer to 2-5 million. Great money but not massive

This is pretty easy actually. All you need is an initial floor plan loan to buy some cars, build a reputation and convince people to consign their cars with you. Then you use those consignment cars as collateral to buy more cars. Finally you hope you can sell all the cars before the huge interest payments pile up and the pyramid scheme crashes and burns. Simple, anyone can do it
