God Bless Enjoy the festive season ahead Payal I hope I’m not intrusive but with a good heart I just want to share all the research I’ve done in nutrition that kids should be given real food n keep processed to a minimum So please avoid these packaged food as Rai had surgery at young age I know doctors say it’s not diet related but science proves otherwise ; as a new mum you have your hands full but just try fresh fruits and veggies as main portion of meals A great berry smoothie with overnight soaked nuts ; overnight oats and simple hummus tomato sandwiches are meals that can be made without much time Just a suggestion from my heart , I have seen kids grow up and suffer the repercussions of processed food So take care and God bless
