I Should Have Done this Mod Sooner / Porsche Macan Lowering Springs

I did lowering springs on my 2015 macan a while back. Agreed that it wasn’t that easy. The coilovers on the bmws I’ve done were easier. The 2015 rode a lot better with lowering springs as well. Nice video!

Just bought a 2024 and bought H&R springs, which drops the car 1.5 all around. Thoughts? Also, spacers 10mm front 12mm rear.

Yeah the H&Rs are a little lower than these so it will look good. Maybe once the car is lower it will need spacers but I don’t think it really needs it

Nice. Is the handling much better when you lower this car? I know factory porsches pretty much come with excellent handling just wondering how much you get out of lowering it.

@@WhatsyourForte Why would you want the coil overs over the springs? Like what is the benefit of spending more to get the coilovers?

@@Motorlytics coilovers offer more than just a drop… they have more handling benefits and the ride will be better as the spring and shock combo are made to work with each other. When you just do springs, they are known to wear out the stock shocks a lot quicker as they are not made for one another
