i think another big thing in ask's artstyle is the lineart, which is colored differently/lowered opacity. it gives their art a more translucent and clean type of feel

Simple styles are usually harder to draw well in, because shape, posing and lineart becomes very important. A lot of people clutter their art with a lot of effects, shades and colors, making it look impressive, but the basics still lack. If you can make something look good with just lineart and a basic color (no shading), then you've made a lot of progress.

You did so wonderfully on the hair and the thickness on the arms You also made the clothes look very flowy and pretty with the lineart, there are some places that ended a bit sketchy, but hey it happens lol I think you captured the overall flow of the lineart and that’s what matters! i always wanted to draw like those incredible artists, but more recently i've been loving my style, and even if it still need a lot of improvement, i will still love it and will keep it I abandonned the idea to draw like them because i like what i am doing and that makes me happy to have my own unique artstyle :)
