At Trader Joe’s one time, the cashier started a convo, I was having a horrible day, and burst into tears, the lady was so taken aback she gave me free flowers 😂. Now I think about it everytime I go in. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Unexpected situations will occur your entire career. I worked for the same airline you do for 30 years and even to my last day, you will always run into 'unexpected' events, work-related oddities etc. I feel for your news. Keep up the good work.

Being an introvert / extrovert doesn’t have anything to do with being talkative or shy, or liking / not liking small talk, etc. It’s just based on whether you get energy from being around people or being alone. Introverts can be just as chatty as extroverts, but they will then want time alone to recharge. Whereas extroverts will feel recharged by talking to people.

Yes, I also find that when I go to Trader Joe's they always want to talk with me at the checkout. Sometimes I'm not always in the mood to have a conversation but I get that they're just trying to be nice.

My nightmare customer service place is Bath & Bodyworks 😰 Like they are all over you from the moment you breathe near that store. The introvert in me wants to runnnnn away so fast. And tbh, I just don't go there anymore because it's too much.

speak to the groundside security lead. they may know of some exclusive parking spots that are appoved. also, in the staff lot they leave you a couple warning on your wiper before getting a ticket, so you can get some freebies.

Kacey, you may want to get a sleep study done. You could very well have sleep apnea, which, if untreated, is very dangerous. The study, which I've had done twice, uncovers most sleep disorders. Your doctor can order this study for you. Also, those products contain chocolate and cocoa, which contain caffeine, and maybe sugar; all of these interfere with sleep 🤗❤️.

Kacey, it seems you’re a PM flyer. Also, I completely agree with you about Trader Joe’s. 😅 I’m like when are they going to have self check out?! I’m also a flight attendant and girl I struggle as an introvert because flight attendants talk too much and lack social cues 🙄 so whenever I go to work I dread sitting in the jump seat and listen to someone tell me their life story.

I remember when it cost only $1 to drive thru DFW (ie: north entry to south entry)... now it is $6 I believe. They sure don't use the tolls to pay for upkeep of the roadways at the airport. The last time out at the airport, I think I chipped a tooth with all the potholes in the terminal C roadway. 🤣

Late '90's I was trying to find a super shuttle to DFW and it didn't exist. I literally had to park n fly at that airport. I think she's mentioned b 4 that it can b tough 2 find pkg spaces. They're likely increasing rates to discourage people from pkg where she likes to park.

ATL parking deck is $19/day and ATL West deck is $16, economy is $14. My company pays my parking when I'm traveling for work.

Flight Attendants should not pay for parking including ALL employees that work there; that would be like me being a former deputy sheriff now retired; to have to pay for my parking at work if there is parking

If DFW is doing any big construction they will use that to justify the parking fees. I believe you are getting a new terminal in the near future. There has been major work going on here at RDU for years and will be for several more. The top parking even here is over $20/day. You mentioned brown sugar in your favorite Starbucks drink. My fiance's favorite drink is an iced chai latte with 4 pumps of brown sugar and oatmilk. She says it tastes like gingerbread

For better sleep: don’t drink coffee, start meditation every day for 5 to 10 minutes, try a lavender pillow spray, do not drink/eat sugar/hidden sugar, eat more vegetables (no convenience Produkts anymore), listen to your body and take a break for a view minutes if needed, half sozial media time. Don’t forget: you a not a Working machine u are human. Great report by the way. I hope my Tipps can help for better sleep. Greetings from Munich, Germany.

When it comes to self tanners the only two that work well are Loving Tan my favorite and second is St Tropez they are both on the pricey side not certain what magic ingredient they have but never have issues I tried CoCo and Eve and Bondi Sands 👎on both! Been loving the Glow Recipe and Drunk Elephant for the face . The best anti aging products for the face are Tretinoin and a good Vitamin C such as Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum as well as red light mask you are using … I know medical grade products are more expensive but just like tanner you get what you pay for but consistency for the win no matter what product you use! Your skin looks great! Thank you I never thought about the TJ conversation stress but now I will 🥹ugh the introvert struggle is real!! Also I do like Good Molecules cleansing balm to remove makeup works good but I second cleanse with face wash too😊Hope you have a great week ahead!🌼🌺🌸

Supergoop will send you another for free! I’ve had trouble with their nozzles but they will send an entirely new one that you can swap out the sprayer and use it til it’s gone and put it back on the new one!

Another example of extrovert/introvert is: if you are sitting at a dinner party at someone's house and someone suggests that after dinner you go out for drinks. An extrovert will be happy and think it's a great idea. An introvert panics and just wants to go home to bed. Nevertheless, they both had a good time at the dinner party.☺

Even with your code that drink is still $55. I think I’ll keep popping my sleep aids…haha. As much as it’s nice I never princess park. I say I’m there to make money not spend it. But it is always so nice to not have to wait for the shuttle, etc. I recently just bought that same tanology. After hearing your experience I am not excited to use it. But it’s too late to return it so I’ll eventually give it a try.

Since,you opened the topic about introverts,let me tell you,people have misunderstood what the word introvert actually means.Introverts absorb energies whereas extroverts deflect energies by default.If an introvert was to go in a social-situation he/she would absorb all the energies in that room and not know what to do with that energy.An extrovert will quickly deflect that energy by opening their mouth.Their mouth basically serves as ventilation.You can be an introvert and still be good at social situations if you are a super-introvert.Absorb all that energy and put it to use.You see,introverts are governed by interest.They do something only when they are interested,whereas an extrovert suffers from the fear of social-rejection and does stuff merely to fit in society,even though they may not be interested in doing that,”Just cause it looks good”,”It’s trendy,Jim”. I have no idea why you even use self tanner, you are so pretty. If I were you, I know you are big on skin care and all of that, but if you went outside for like ten minutes a day with no sunscreen on; just to get some vitamin D, you will be probably pretty tan in week or two.. blocking the sun out entirely isn't good for you.. and no it isn't going to age you or cause skin damage. if I need to go outside more than a few minutes, I don't even use sun screen.. just cover yourself.
