Hi everyone, I decided to test polyphasic (or fractional) sleep for 1 week. There are 5 different polyphasic sleep cycles, including the uberman and the dymaxion, which are the best known.

So there you go, I took a 30-minute nap every 6 hours. So every 6 hours I had my alarm clock ringing when I was exploded and I had only one desire, throw it out the window and go back to sleep.
