This game was cool to play casually, but high level play was actual garbage. Stage hazards are very overpowered and would give many characters inescapable infinites on specific stages (eg. batman can permanently trap any opponent in the corner of the Gotham City stage by spamming batarangs, his trait (homing batarangs), then hitting his opponent with the dumpster stage hazard, this 3 move cycle can then be repeated for the whole match because round transitions don't get your opponent out of the corner) This resulted in almost all of pro play focusing entirely on using the stage hazards rather than actually using your character, since most hazards dealt massive amounts of unblockable damage or provided infinite combos depending on the stage.
