11:45 These aren't evil versions of Kyo and Iori these are their older original fighting styles. The white Kyo is the NESTS Arc Kyo with his combination attacks and the flames Iori is the original Iori we know before his flames were stolen by Ash in the lore. This KOF is the first game where Iori doesn't have his flames and moveset, so they re-added him as DLC

Well, true that the white coat Kyo is the NESTS one. But the 'normal' Kyo uses his original play style from KOF '95.

Since no one really gave you the answer. In the first Art of Fighting, the final boss is called Mr. Karate. He is really Takuma Sakazaki but he is wearing a mask so that the protagonists do not recognize them. In the game the 3 DLC characters are 3 alternate versions of existing charactes, Ex Kyo and EX Iori (which are mostly alternate movesets from previous games) and Mr.Karate as an alternate to Takuma. Also there is a version of Ryo Sakazaki called Mr. Karate as a secret boss in fatal fury special, implying that Ryo would eventually take that mantle in the future.

Considering this is a 2D game, some of these supers are REALLY good (for example EX Kyo and Mr. Karate). You should consider giving a look to KoF14's supers as well :)

You can choose NESTS Kyo, Mr. Karate, Saiki, and Blood Riot Iori by doing a special input on the selection screen. I think there's DLC, too, but I don't remember what it is.
