Remember what Jesus said when a demon spirit is casted out of a man. The spirit goes about and seeing no rest goes back to the host. Now the reason why I share this is that many times God delivered me from the spirit of lust but would go back after 2 -3 months I would go back to Babylon. I discovered that there is a price I must pay and that price is to carry my cross daily and remain on the altar perpetually. I discovered that my heart was kept and was empty and this gave the spirit access back to my life. I realize that it’s supposed to be an everyday affair. I actually had the same realization just about an hour ago. That we will never be healed from our sin but rather that we have to pay the price every day *because* we are sinners. It is incredibly difficult to withstand lust. Sometimes I ask myself: how can others live without it and miss out on it? Clearly there is something I don't know. And it's also tough to give up on those desires for an afterlife that might not even exist (just a possibility). But it's the exact belief that is being tested. Amen.

I was already leading service in church, fire for fire brother, God already talking to me clearly for Me to hear, my family and friends already know that God speaks to this young man mouth to mouth. Suddenly, I visited a fire brand sister. In fact, I've envied the prayer life of this sister. One day, I visited this sister in her house, just to say hello. Suddenly, things begin to happen that I was losing control of. Me, a man who have been in the world before, have unbelievable self control, but on this occasion, I could not. I fought and fought, I stood up. Then she asked me a question: why are u running? I said, what? Can't u see what we're abt to do? She asked me: what were u expecting? A man and a woman are together, what do u think will happen? Damnn. I finally fell. It's so hard,because I kept going back. But everytime it happened, I'll cry for days, I couldn't pray, I was even running from church. My mom, who only started going to church because of what she saw God doing through me, was now asking me what was happening? I can relate to this message very well. I had to leave town for this lady. It’s amazing that just yesterday, I’d taken a brother for rehearsal that I saw this lady, something just provoked me and said follow her. I dropped the brother off at church, and I still felt this pulling, it’s something else was even willing to turn the car to the direction the lady went, and it’s like I was given a map of where she was gonna go. I’ve never seen her before. It was a huge battle… I didn’t even know the place I was at, somehow , by the grace of God, my gps worked without data, and I could feel the battle ensuing within me as I was following the gps home. I felt a witness within me saying to me “this may seem like a small matter; it might not even be now, but this will catch up with you in the future”. God’s grace pulled me out of that one. I even arrived home, but something within me was still saying “but you saw her, if you go back you can still find her”. And today I come across this video. I thank God. It was not an easy fight, and I don’t remember having fought that kind before. 🙆🏾‍♂️

What if it's a sermon on the joy of the Lord, our blessed hope, the assurance of the overcomer's victory in Christ? Even you, will you not be joyous hearing a sermon about the rest awaiting in heaven?! Be careful with your better generalizations. Jesus Himself read from the scroll of what was written of Him in Luke 4 and said "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach the good news to them poor...". Good news embraced makes glad. Scriptures make us understand the Lord takes away the garment of mourning from believers? What about your joy of Salvation? Not everyone preaching with an effect of joy in the congregation are fake. Even this message you're commenting on, other people here have reacted to it with joy. Remember the experience of the major prophet who was given a scroll to eat and it was sweet in his mouth but bitter in his belly, yes. Remember that and know that the Word of God has different effects on people depending on their state with God and what the Spirit of God wants to achieve. Those who are doing comedy with their pulpits and those who are synagogues of Satan are a different matter. Don't use them to generalize on the whole body of Christ. Not every sermon must leave you morose.
